  • Cancellation requested more than 48 hours before the webinar start time
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent webinar access
  • Webinar cancelled by Skala due to instructor unavailability
  • Duplicate payment made in error

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Cancellation requested 24-48 hours before the webinar start time
  • Technical difficulties on participant's end that we cannot resolve

No Refund

  • Cancellation requested less than 24 hours before the webinar start time
  • No-show to the scheduled webinar without prior notice
  • Webinar content does not meet personal expectations (content is clearly outlined in descriptions)
  • Violation of webinar terms and conditions
